The ChatiTec platform is operated technically by the group company Sat-iTec Systemhaus GmbH, Heisinger Straße 21, 87437 Kempten, Germany, in a data centre in Germany (EU). In this capacity, Sat-iTec Systemhaus GmbH acts as processor or sub-processor of Sat-iTec AB. The sole contracting party for customers in Sweden is Sat-iTec AB.
The services are offered exclusively to businesses (companies, public authorities and other organisations) and not to consumers. Provisions on consumer dispute resolution, including the EU online dispute resolution platform, therefore do not apply.
